Assets cover the campaign; a separate set for each catalogue item is quoted additionally.

Usage of campaign assets

For one brand worldwide: owned website, store, organic social and email without a time limit; paid digital advertising for 6 months from the agreed start date after payment and delivery. Extensions, print, OOH, TV, retail and use by other brands are agreed separately. Third-party licence restrictions are disclosed before production. Ad spend and campaign setup are not included.

Complex forms, CRM, migration, custom Shopify sections, AI assistants, chat, automation, translation, copywriting from scratch and maintenance are individually quoted. Product-page assets: product shots, details, demonstrations and infographics are individually quoted. Additional video rates apply to an existing agreed concept. Standalone video campaigns are quoted separately. Assets must reflect the product’s actual features.

Clear terms before we start
  • Starting prices apply to the stated base scope. Platform, pages, features, editing tools, assets, fee and schedule are confirmed in writing.
  • One revision round is one consolidated feedback list within the approved concept. New pages, features or a new direction are additional work.
  • Domain, hosting, Shopify, paid themes, apps, email and payment fees are separate. Required external costs are disclosed before starting.
  • The domain and core accounts are registered to the client. Access and instructions are handed over after full payment.
  • Standard legal pages using client-provided texts are additional to the core page allowance. Legal drafting is not included.
  • Basic SEO covers titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, indexing, sitemap and image preparation within platform capabilities. Ongoing SEO is separate.
  • Enquiry delivery by email, dashboard or integration is agreed and checked. Support and the implementation bug-fix period are defined in the contract.
